Sinwah has also created a comprehensive Performance Appraisal System (PAS) that allows each staff to receive in-depth feedback about their performance. In addition, the Management Team shares with all levels of employees the Company's expectations and targets, and spells this out clearly in the Key Performance
Indicators (KPI's), which is circulated and explained
to all. Together, the PAS and KPIs allow the best performers to be recognized and rewarded.
